The only thing that makes me nervous if these scenarios are true is what is to keep this getting stuck in the courts for some indefinite period of time? We are potentially talking a phenominal amount of money. With the twisted web that has been woven it could take years to figure out who owes what and then can or are they willing to cough it up.
