Scam? I don't know either I have heard both sides.One side being that it is Chinese politics. This is correspondence from Bob to me on October 6, 2009.

" Around the end of Oct we should be at 0.05 and moving upwards in Jan. 2010."

and this is from from Bob on October 27, 2009.

"Thanks, its been trying for sure.. We ahve [have] wait 8 to 12 weeks for permits, I think we will be in production 1s quarter 2010... There will not be any R/S.. the stock should come back later.."

His words. October 27 is 20 weeks ago.
