Was just wondering if this is Solid Info and the PPS is guranteed to be bought out at .01 upon completion of buy out,Then Why isn't this at least past .007? Skeptism, or investors afraid of falling victim to a possible scam? just wondering was considering hopping in now? IMO TIA
