1. New CEO

2. New policies have been placed in both sales and marketing.

3. An "apparent" decrease in the dumpage, as presented by decreased dilution in figures that have been presented.

Those are fairly significant changes.

Things do change, you know. And these changes are NOT minor. And they took a good month to get "started." It didn't happen overnight.
