CCME : Just as a clarification, If they do not meet the Starr $42 mil target, they would lose out on 1mil shares, not 7mil. 7mil is the amount of the earnout for the 2010 target, and also 2011's

Also, keep in mind that the "adjusted" NOI may actually be higher than $42, and thus they will get the 1mil of shares. (I actually think they will make it)
