Email response from Ken Stead regarding claims...

---

Hi Ken,

A point has come up on the iHub board regarding who owns the claims that have been made under your own and your brothers’ names. I know you have already clarified why you do this (for economy) but those shareholders who do not have the luxury of having already developed a relationship with you are a little concerned about where this leaves KAT Exploration legally in terms of ownership. I also can imagine a scenario where potential investors may be put off a little. I realise that this is standard procedure for exploration companies, but do you have anything contractual in place that guarantees the ability for KAT Exploration to purchase claims from you and your brothers for a nominal fee? If not, is this something you can look into, or is there something you can tell shareholders (and potential shareholders) that will reassure them that ALL claims are effectively in the ownership of KAT Exploration?

Many thanks in advance.

Kindest regards,

Rick

Rick...

...As we stated before, we have binding contracts on file that anyone who works for the company and they stake claims in any individual names it belongs to the company. Even someone under contract with the company cannot stake claims within a 5km radius of the company claims they are working on for a period of 12 months.

How fast a response was that? Thank you Ken!
