I went all in on THRR early this morning before the run. Why would anyone sell this if they are guaranteed .01 pps. THRR with this news can't be done yet.. The Board of Directors has been in contact with the major shareholders for the company and all parties have agreed with the action of the board to consent to the sale for a price of
$0.01 for all outstanding shares ...Its written in easy to understand 3rd grade level english.
