They would have to offer something alot higher then that for them to just accept. THRR has alot of potential and are in no way in any pressure to just up and sell the company at any offer that comes there way. I would say it would have to be a really good offer that would make it worth while to accept. I'm thinking at least .01 pps and that is conservative
