If I am not mistaken, the company has stated their desire to be listed on the American stock exchange. Not the most exciting enchange, but it a major step if it occurs. And it most definitely beats the OTCBB.

If Matin wants institutional investors (mutual funds) to invest in the company, the American exchange is the most likely way to go. The market cap requirements are lower than the Dow or Nasdaq.
