Bill .... I apologize for asking a second time but I questioned exactly who holds the debt (Post 2720) as WL is listed as Trustee and your reply was WL (Post 2722).

I now see this is being discussed again in subsequent posts (2727 to 2730). I labored thru reading the links and repeated use of the word "trustee" is a concern. However I readily admit I do not read legalese very well.

I went to WL Feb filing 10K and could not find detail as to their holdings.

Since the logic of WL buying CORS is based on WL being the owner of that debt .... this is a critical point.

You are obviously much more versed than I and so you recognize this is the focal point and one we certainly do not want to leave to unsubstatiated.

Are you absolutely certain WL holds the debt for their own account? And could you please share with us how we can confirm that.

We are all on the same side ... working together to cover all the bases. This is no attempt to be negative but rather to "cross the i's and dot the t's.
