Thanks for passing along that information! It would be nice to see some more volume as I think one of the big shareholders (Mellenium Partners) has been selling. I am not familiar with the Bowser newsletter on the SMID board (on Yahoo) is when I first heard of someone mentioning them.

As we get nearer to the Hearing the settlement talks pick up. I am not a lawyer but my sense is LML gets to see how much the defendant is potentially liable and I am sure especially defendants with less at stake see that it may be cheaper to just settle then litigate.

If I were to guess I would say MP selling and going 3 months without a settlement is scaring off some of the weaker hands. Not to mention the stock is still almost a triple in just a few months!

If MP really wants out we need the company to do some roadshows and pitch ourselves to bigger institutions. The volume has settled down of late so any selling by MP really is magnified.

200 shares account for the .18 so I wouldn't make anything of it. I think last week someone may have posted something similar?
