I want to see the report in my own eyes. Lots of tricky to stuff can be in this: dilution (and then buying back some of that maybe?), selling of business branches and implementing these as revenues, ...

After I see the report, I will maybe buy some shares. But first of all I want to wait for the report. IMO you shouldn't be angry about that, it's called doing due diligence.
