I agree..could be one of the reasons. But they should PR it within 72hrs of news. If they are not doing it, something is fishy.... Companies are not allowed to withhold information for more than 72hrs.. If stanley did a PR on 11th, they should do it by Sunday night or at the very least today... We should file to SEC for holding on the PRs....
