BBBIIIIIIGGGGG $$$$$$$$$$$$$.....NOTHING TO THINK ABOUT WHEN DEALING WITH HUGE OFFER....majority of board wasn't like, "welllllllllllll, that is pretty nice isn't it.....NO!............ In the opinion of the members of the board this offer represents an extremely attractive package.

I mean, HOW ELSE ARE PEOPLE (US) SUPPOSE TO TAKE THIS??? .001? THAT WOULD BE RIDICULOUS!!
