Approximately Mid 2011 for permits.
I feel like the company is under promising and hoping to over deliver on this one. In other words, I am going to expect the permits around christmas/new year time...JMHO. Just in time to start outside construction as soon as spring allows.
I'm okay with this delay. It smells good to me.
