Billiam when I read the list of the securities owed to CORS by WL (your post #2717) It states that WL is the "trustee".

Does this not mean that the money was NOT lent by WL and that WL was just the adminstrator of the loan?

Also, how do we know that all $404MM of these debentures are tied to WL? This filing is only pinning subordinate debenture XIII to WL which the last one on the list dated 6/27/07 for a total amount of $20MM.

Can you clarify?
