that's my interpretation thus far, too, surfstocks. i'm willing to think we could still be okay here...

basically, the game hasn't changed one iota imo. if the money is available to pay creditors, equity gets paid last. if no money exists, oh, well... no big surprise there.

at least they have left room at the table for equity with the issuance of these "new" shares, held by the plan admin.

now we just need to figure out which classes are which.
