Richard,

Anything the company sells has to be restricted unless you're referring to a stock offering. If you are, what sort of offering are you talking about? In addition, who is placing that stock offering?

Any of the principals who sell their personal stock can only sell up to 1% of the OS during any 90 day period.

A company goes public to have access to the public capital markets. Of course you will see dilution. In fact we have seen the share structure rise all along the way, so why is it so difficult to understand now? You seem to be concerned about the 350MM share increase being shares that were sold long ago and not reported until now. What about the share increases before that? Do you want to take it all the way back to the reverse merger? Because I was here for that too. Frankly your theory has many holes.

How many has Mark sold "directly" from the "office safe"? Any that are sold will have a restrictive legend attached.

The TA is 97% electronic? The following is posted in the Ibox and stands true today:

"I just talked with the TA and we have no increase of the share structure. I asked them the period of time it takes for the new OS and/or Float to be entered into their systems. They asked me to please clarify that under NO circumstance does it take them 6 months to get the structure entered. This is done daily and is fully computerized. Frankly the TA was shocked that anyone would even think a 6 month delay is possible."

You are implying that because Delaware and Nevada are corporation friendly, therefore they are corrupt? Is that what you are asserting?

Who does the TA work for? They work for Copper King and MANY OTHER CORPORATIONS AS WELL. If they don't operate according the SEC rules and regulations, they are out of business, and not only that - they are fined and/or could be locked up in a cell.

I'm sorry I don't see all the grey you seem to be seeing. I took off my rose colored glasses long ago, but one thing is undeniable. Wilf Blum changed the TA from Olde Monmouth to Standard. Perhaps that's the "grey area" you're referring to and if so, we could discuss that if you wish.

Do we have problems? Yes, but those you are asserting here are not the things I am concerned with. Not even remotely.
