Are 'unpainted' & 'unnamed' aircrafts allowed to fly on international routes (US <-> Malaysia) ?

If a 747 can fly all the way to Malaysia and come back...what better testing is left to do on the aircraft ?

Crew training is supposed to take more than a month..and starts prior to the first flight...so lets keep our eyes open to see some uniform...

Since this looks more like a one man show...wishing Igor Dmitrowsky a long and healthy life (to get our shares flying)...
