has anyone found it really strange that there has not been any 8-k's filed? For starters review this from the SEC on 8-k's

5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

and if you look at sunbiz.org 11/19/2009 http://sunbiz.org/pdf/62971101.pdf and 1/14/10 http://sunbiz.org/pdf/66219140.pdf
you will see a lot of board members and a ceo out of the picture on the 1/14/10 pdf. these things are matieral events that would affect ones investing strategy and they have not been reported by STMC not to mention not having an ongoing business concern and being in shell status. Whether Looney doesn't want to say something or not he needs to follow the rules of the SEC. And the rules clearly state that matieral events should be reported as a 8-k. He clearly hasnt done that.
