It's pretty much up to the brokers. Most brokers who allow shorting of Penny stocks don't give squat as long as they stay off the show list and no major broker request their certs, like what happened last week.

The shorts have been covering the last couple trading days. What has me concerned here is it would appear someone is feeding them shares so they can cover. That's like an open invitation to do it again.

Gotta feeling it'll stop in a couple minutes and the pps will hop back up towards .16
