chuckerfmfla!! - Sorry about getting back to you this late. As for PLMI (Palomar) check the IBox on that board - you will see what they have done lately. As for ZWLL holders, it could be beneficial for the short term if the position was oversold or 'shorted'.LOL There may be some covering here.

Palomar 'could' definitely put the 'hurts' on some 'shorters' or MMs by offering Preferred shares to the remaining holders of ZWLL. PLMI could also cause a severe spike in PPS of PLMI by declaring a Preferred Share dividend for current holders of PLMI.

I still haven't figured out there 'game' yet. LOL
