Maybe I am looking at this differently than most, or just reading it differently than being asked.

I think the FDA will approve the drug on at least 3 of the 4 usages. These are the same 3 Aloxi are approved for.

I think the question is, will the 4th usage be approved, for Highly Delayed. This is the only one of the four that Aloxi is not approved for.

Aloxi is already the only company allowed to have it used for Moderately Delayed. 3 other companies are also approved on the Acute side (moderate and hightly).
