There are actually 4 possible usages of this drug, just as it was with Aloxi.

(1) Moderately emetogenic Acute CINV
(2) Moderately emetogenic Delayed CINV
(3) Highly emetogenic Acute CINV
(4) Highly emetogenic Delayed CINV

Aloxi is the only company so far approved for Moderately Emetogenic CINV. APF530 result shows Non-inferior to Aloxi, which should mean A.P. Pharma becomes the second company if approved by the FDA.

Aloxi had 3 of the 4 drug usages approved, APF530 was able to match and beat Aloxi on all 4, but that hard to reach one, the Highly Delayed is the 1 of the 4 that Aloxi was not approved for by the FDA.
