Whomever this Chicago company is looking to buy

Projected 1st year sales to them nearly equal last sales for the entire company Zak. That's very impressive if closed upon. With DOD and US Army contracts near closure it could have a very synergistic effect on the PPS.

Who is the boogeyman shorting Identa stock? My guess would be our closest competition hiring a hitman to do the dirty deed. If memory serves I think we still might trade on the Frankfurt exchange.
