FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - 03/15/10) - Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. (NASDAQ:OBCI - News) reported that Star brite Distributing, Inc. and ValvTect Petroleum announced that they have amicably settled their lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
