There is definitely a generational factor here - I'm over 60, and while I manage to navigate on the Internet, the social networking world is, to be honest, foreign to me.
This may be true for Ed also, and if your contentions are accurate that this is so basic to marketing nowadays, it won't be so easy to change Medizone's model.
But as gofor says, it will be terrific if you can have a discussion with Ed about this, and bring us into the 21st century!
