I already have a healthy position and don't need to add to it, but if I was speculating on this stocks future I would be ALL OVER it at these prices.

Then, the ONLY reason that you're not buying any more is because you don't have the funds to do so, not because you already have a "healthy position." Otherwise, what you posted doesn't make sense.
