You do realize that ANYONE can post ANYTHING on Ripoff Report and it is not verified nor removed?

Meaning I can fabricate information about you, post it there, and there is nothing you can do about it?

So this could simply be someone with a grudge vs Molen. The check was presented in Georgia as the authorities there supposedly have jurisdiction but the person complaining was in Virginia or Maryland? Hmmm something smells fishy to me.

And they supposedly accepted a Post Dated Check??? For what purpose? I would NEVER accept a post dated check for a legitimate debt.
