pzing, one thing for sure is you can help... if you are a TD customer, push them hard... call and email and be relentless.... others are I can assure you... the more who do so, the better...
The company IS current and will have Q4 out soon. They have filed the S-1 and already rec'd their batch of questions from the SEC... a very good sign and solid support of the fact that what they turned in must be quality and complete.... I know of companies that did not rec'v first round of questions for 90 days or so..... if they get them back this week, uplisting could technically occur almost any day after that if they like what they see..... with the number 1 firm in the country helping them, and with ALL financial info done, double checked and in... should be no reason for them to not to give them the 'GO'..... won't that be fun!... I am sure they'll want to PR that as it is a huge accomplishment for any pink...
Seems like I remember dog saying something about the company would never uplist and it was just another tactic or similar... arf, arf!.. Why should anyone EVER listen to a word from that camp...wrong for over a year eh?.....
You can push TD with all of this information because they really do not have a reason to restrict it anymore... ask them to call the company or better yet, the firm that is taking care of the uplist to clear any concerns..... if that doesn't work, for sure they'll have little excuse once the uplist occurs... but then those who would like to be 'IN' to benefit from the price movement that will inevitably occur around that PR will miss out or be chasing it......
Should they follow up quickly with Disintegrator info and perhaps a contract or two or ten...then even worse!.... I wonder if TD would like a bunch of letters saying "hey, you made me lose out on $XXX,XXX profits by refusing to allow ME to spend MY money on a stock that YOU permitted before....and gave NO reason as to why you cut me off....... ;)
Bottom line is pressure.... they are probably Short the stock... or were and got caught with their pants down a bit.... this 100% week is prob not too fun for them.... I sure hope they are still short and the Doc gives us some solid news soon to tighten the screw a bit....
