IMO I don't know how THRR could even possibly "think" of a buyout if it is not much more than their dreams in the company have been from the beginning. The CEO would not sell this with all the time, heart, and effort he has put into bringing THRR where it is today.

IN MY OPINION, this has to be HUGE...although, where does the share structure come in?

how does that play in the equation?
