moffat02, didn't you see dimer1225's post verifying the latest OS with the TA. Pinksheets is out of date so when did you receive an email from Makmann? You didn't attach the email to your post so the post has zero credibility. I hope your not setting up QEDN's CEO to be dishonest? If Makmann is indeed telling shareholders that the sharestructure on Pinksheets is current but the dimer1225's post is correct via a phone call into the TA then one of the three of you isn't telling the truth.
I have a tendency to believe dimer1225's post below. Why would a proven long post a higher OS then what is on pinksheets if it wasn't the truth. Nice job dimer1225! Makmann isn't returning emails one wasn't posted. Time will tell who is being honest and who isn't.

Hello all, I just got in. I spoke with QEDN's TA today. The A/S has not changed and is still 5,000,000,000. The O/S has increased to 4,999,425,280. The float is N/A right now. Just wanted to keep everyone as informed about Q as possible. This is all the information that was made available to me today. GL.
