Definitely not a basher, I am a shareholder,

I want the sale to go through and benefit everyone. I just wish that there were current financials for us to see. Maybe they will be out next week. Thresher has been timely with their information.

As far as the dilution, it is a fact, but it doesn't make a stock bad. Further, in can provide a company with needed funds to expand or buy more equipment and add personnel, which Thresher did.

The O/S can also allow more investors to become shareholders in a stock they can afford. I bought more shares last week to add to the shares I purchased in February.
