Our Auditor, Lawyer and accountant are working diligently and looking to have all financials current by the end of the month and then filed with the SEC. They were slightly delayed as they had to address some issues with the 2007 10K that needed to be restated based on some questions from the SEC Corporate finance department that reviews filings. That is being amended and will be filed shortly as well. As soon as the filings are current I will be addressing the shareholders with updates and news.

Maybe we will see some of the filings take place in the next few weeks as the auditors, accountants, and attorneys complete their efforts.
