buyout or no buyout i'm in this. Love what they got going on, and if this gets turned down, another one is around the corner. With what the PR said saying "the majority of the board was in favor of it," I have to assume the offer was above and beyond their expectations. If there was even a hesitation on the boards decision, and considering this is just the beginning of THRR, there no way they would even pursue if not big enough.

They know what they have here. The CEO thought they had a revolutionary type product here.

By the way, they said, "the offering represents an attractive package with a deal that is significantly above the current price range.

What in their eyes is significantly above the current price
range?

do they see .0015 out of the price range right now?

W/out the recent news on this possible buyout I would think that THRR is out of reafch to that. Is that a significant amount above its range....i guess thats the question.
