mlsoft: Other than 9/11 and 7/24 which indicates explicit indirect intervention by PPT, PPT has remained only observers of the market during this entire bear market which I think started in Dec 2000. Is this a true statement ? Just asking for a yes or no answer ? Thanks in advance.
