you have to assume an offer of more than $20-30 million?

they can make at least that with what they have going on...Cooper Inc. alone was estimated spending about $1.5 Million in 2010...

thats just one company....THRR is expanding worldwide with this...

the company KNOWS WHAT THEY HAVE HERE.....and to have the majority of the board like the offer which by the way they said, " is significantly over the current PPS....
