HUGE!!CHECK IT OUT!!

THRR IS WORTH MILLIONS!!

Follow me with this.

The money is in the product....obviously right? There have been many Companies that have tried to succeed in producing what THRR has recently but has failed. THRR HAS SUCCEEDED IN THIS!!

Were talking companies worldwide.

According to the company, the success of the new material is due to the high level of distribution of the particulate and this is exactly where many companies have failed before. These results will enable Thresher to obtain a large market penetration in this highly profitable industry. The company, through its partnership with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo anticipates further developing this material as well as other materials for strength, wear resistance and heat dissipation for use in vehicles, reducing emissions and fuel consumption via weight reduction in this multi-billion dollar industry.

HOW BIG IS THIS? You know if Cooper Inc. is in, you can gaurantee there will be many, many others others to follow. Coopers alone put in an estimated $1.5 Million in orders for 2010. LOL...that order alone with THRR being a baby right now in its new development is only the beginning.

THRR CEO says,"Our customers will require higher volumes of material and to deliver those we need to have the equipment that can do that on a production basis. Prior to this, we have been able to produce up to 3,000 pounds of material per shift, this will triple that capability."

Thresher Industries Board of Directors Discusses Sale of CompanY
9:08a ET March 12, 2010 (PR NewsWire)

Thresher Industries (Pink Sheets: THRR) announced today that there was a special meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss a Letter of Intent to buy Thresher Industries that was received on March 9, 2010 and the terms of the offer. This offer represents an attractive package with a deal suggested that is significantly above the current market price range. While the Board of Directors came to no final conclusions, the sentiment was very favorable towards the proposal. In deciding whether or not to proceed with the sale, The Board has concluded it needs to consult with its legal council as to whether the Board has the authority to accept the offer; or whether a shareholder meeting must be called to vote on the matter. The company anticipates disclosing the results of the legal council's investigation to be announced on Monday March 15th 2010.

Why would they even consult with its legal council if they didn't want to accept the offer?

Considering what THRR has recently done and where they are currently at, the offer would have to be HUGE for THRR to even consider and especially to have THE BOARD like the offer......

THIS IS BIG!!!!!
