Everyone needs to read Paradigms 10K to understand the loan structure of NIR's loans to Paradigm. Dirivetive filled paid back by converting stock at a 50%+ discount of the lowest price during the previous 45 days. So, they let it drop to .001, buy it at .0005, then pump it like made and sell it at .002. Good work if you can get it. Then of course there's the question being asked by FBI and SEC about "kickbacks". Now, if anyone out here has half a brain, go figure what's going on. From my perspective - I love it. Allows me to continue to play without having to do tons or research on other investments that might return half that.
