Aero did you not read the 1st paragraph from the FDIC website, incase you missed it I will post it again.

There is about $829 billion dollars of U.S. currency in circulation; the majority is held outside the United States.

The majority is held outside the US. What do you think average citizens are walking around ini other countries with dollars in their pockets. Come on man.
