You didn't ask me, but I am going to reply anyway! 
One of the things we do at the Monkinar is go over everyone's hope stocks. We evaluate them and decide if it is a hold or sell. So, I would say to post them here and see what people think. I know it is painful to get rid of stocks for a big loss, but that is what many of us did the day after we got back from the Monkinar....and believe me, I have made up for that loss many times over already!!!
