Keep in mind it will take more shares to get out of 0.000 levels if the shorted shares are high too. It is not necessarily an indication that OS is high. When a stock is highly shorted and when those short sold shares float in market in people's hands it takes a lot of volume to get the pps up. But if the true valuation is known (either through a confirmed OS or through a buyout price that inclludes the OS count), then the movement will be faster and furious since everyone would know at that point what the true valuation is. I still remember that EESo traded in billions of volume in 000 levels before it took off while it's OS was still low at 200M. I am not saying that is the case here but it is a possibility. Even if the OS is 8B still this has a good chance of going to 0.005 levels based on the technology owned by this company imo
