Operating results improved 77 million dollars or 32 cents per share over 4Q '08, so add that to ~1.50 per share from late Dec 08 at we should be above $1.80 and that is if you discount the appreciation of european assets, the hugely valuable strategic business structure created in '09, or the value of the imminent project cloud etc...

Very foolish to be selling this stock unless your financial situation is dire.
