The bank news and FDIC news etc is like the Good House Keeping Seal of Approval (?). Not necessarily that important but everyone wants to see it right? Therefore what would happen to the pps if we dont see it in the "strict" timeline we've been given. No reason at this point to think we wont see it "on time". No reason to think its not coming but remember some things are not in Steve's control. If the FDIC gave him that 30-45 day time frame and FDIC doesn't get it done by the stroke of midnight by the end of the 45th day, and out in a PR, is the sky necessarily falling? Me thinks not.
