Email Verizon. Tell them how much you enjoy the product because it saves you minutes and doesn't waste your battery or your personal time waiting on a represenative from a company to take your call. You just text the keyword and go back to your daily business and wait for them to call you. Wow, talk about putting power back in the hands of consumers. Its also good for businesses as well since they don't have to come up with crappy waiting music anymore!
