A Nyloxin/Cobroxin pain kit issued to every single form of military personnel including enlisted, coast guard, army, marine corps, navy, reserves , etc. That would be about 4,572,069 humans twice per annum, mmm that is a lot of Nyloxin. I bet it would save the military departments untold millions of dollars in lost man hours, doctor visits etc, as it is safe and easy to administer.
