The service appears to be further along than I realized. A family member sent a text request to actually see for herself.
After typing GO800 and sending the keyword she received a return message stating “A GO800 XXXXXXX will contact you shortly to discuss your XXXXXX issue max., 6 msg/mo. Reply Help for help, reply stop to cancel.
Msg&Date rates may reply.”
Since the test was finished and the service was not needed, she then sent to GO800 the word stop.
She then received another text stating “Your GO800 subscription is cancelled. You will receive no further msgs or charges.
Questions? Dial XXX- XXX- 8004. (an 800 number)

Dialed the number and was connected to the company (GO800)., dial xxx for sales, xxx for customer service, xxx for ambassador service, xxx for billing, xxx for web site and technical help, xx for Ike and xxx for Mitch.
