I used several of hours doing research on CHIO and I really don´t understand why its so low ?

If we look on earnings pr. share @ 0.25 + PE Ratio = 3.20 , then I would say this should be around 2$ pr. share right now ?

If we compare CHIO with other stocks which have the same positive cash flow we would see that those stocks is around 3-4$ pr. share.

I have 50% of my total portfolio in CHIO and I´m holding them until we hit 2$.
