For good cause shown, the joint motion by Plaintiff Patriot Scientific Corporation and Defendant Deutsche Bank AG for an order continuing the stay of the action and continuing the hearing date and briefing deadlines on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
It is hereby ORDERED that:
1. The stay of this action is continued until July 1, 2010; and
2. The hearing date on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is continued until August 23, 2010 at 11:15 a.m., and the briefing deadlines are continued accordingly pursuant to local rules.
