SARO Stock price?

I am new here in last several months. Can anyone give me the range of what this company's high was at any point or has it always been this low?

I thought I read somewhere it was like $2 a share at some point and with recent merger it was on its way back up. I still think it has to be a good penny stock, since it has real revenue behind it. Most penny's don't.

Anyone think we will see that again with the mergers?
